Florida Permit Experts started when two people who already lived inside the permitting process decided to work together.

Nataliya runs a demolition company. Maria was handling permit expediting for a development company. In 2026 they joined forces and started Florida Permit Experts LLC.

What makes us different is simple: speed and price. We do everything fast, because every week a project waits on the city costs our clients money. And we keep our prices low.

Most of our clients don't know how to deal with the city or what the city needs from them. That's exactly what we're for. We've filed 73 permits so far for builders like MnB Construction, HSF Construction Group.

Maria Melikov

I've worked as a permit expediter for three years, most recently handling permits for a development company. I know what the building departments ask for, and what keeps a file from sitting in review.

At Florida Permit Experts, I run every file day to day. I prepare the applications and sub-permits, track plan review, coordinate comment responses with your architect and engineer, and book inspections all the way through closeout.

Nataliya Bobadilla

I'm the President of Florida Demolition Experts, a licensed demolition contractor doing residential and commercial work across South Florida. Running a contracting company means I've dealt with the same building departments from the contractor's side of the counter, including the holds and delays that cost a job money.

I bring that experience to every project at Florida Permit Experts, and if your project starts with a teardown, I can bring in my demo team too. I'm also working toward my General Contractor license.
